At Pallon Farms, we believe that the future of agriculture lies in the hands of young, passionate changemakers. That’s why our training programs are designed to equip youth with practical skills in poultry farming, agribusiness management, and climate-smart agriculture.
In Sierra Leone, youth unemployment remains a challenge. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and paid internships, we are creating pathways for young people to turn agriculture into a profitable career. Our goal is to transform mindsets—farming is not a fallback, but a forward-thinking profession.
Whether working with broilers or layers, our trainees gain valuable knowledge in animal nutrition, biosecurity, and sustainable farming methods. And with support from partners and stakeholders, we aim to scale this model to rural communities across the Western Area Rural District and beyond.
